2. Google OAuth & User Data Access

When you choose to sign in to Retales using your Google Account("Sign in with Google"), we request access to basic identity information only:

• Email Address: Used to create and authenticate your account securely.
• Full Name: Displayed on your user profile and digital ID badge pass.
• Profile Picture URL: Used to display your avatar photo inside your dashboard.

3. How We Store & Protect Your Data

All user data collected is stored in encrypted database clusters (MongoDB) protected by TLS/SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Passwords for credential-based logins are hashed using bcrypt.

4. Cookies & Session Management

Retales uses secure, HTTP-only, encrypted JWT cookies to maintain your login session. These cookies do not track your activity on external third-party websites.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion

You have the right to inspect, update, or request full deletion of your account data at any time. You may request account deletion by emailing our support team at hello@retales.in or legal desk at grievance@retales.in. Upon receipt, your account data will be permanently wiped within 7 business days.
