The rules, in plain words
- Points are given only for new Retales accounts that sign up with your code or link.
- You can't refer yourself, someone in your own business, or a second account of your own.
- The 2,500-point client bonus is added once per person, after their first paid plan starts.
- If a referral is fake or breaks these rules, its points are taken back.
- Points don't expire while your account is active. They can't be transferred to someone else.
- Retales team members can't earn referral points. They have their own incentives.
- We may change rewards or point values with 30 days' notice on this page. Points you've already earned keep their value.

Who can join the referral program?
Anyone with a Retales account: members, clients and freelancers. It's free, and you get a code as soon as you sign up.
When do I get my points?
250 points are added the moment someone signs up with your code. The 2,500-point client bonus is added automatically when they redeem a client access code or pay their first invoice.
What are tiers?
The more people you invite, the higher your tier, and every reward you earn after that is boosted. At Platinum (25+ invites) you earn ×2 points.
How do I spend my points?
Go to Refer and earn in your dashboard and pick a reward. Our team applies it within 7 working days. If we can't, your points come back.
What if my friend forgets to use my code?
Ask them to sign up through your invite link. It remembers your code for 30 days, even if they sign up with Google. If it still didn't count, write to us and we'll check.
I run an agency. Is there something bigger?
Yes. Agencies that send us clients regularly can earn a commission through our agency referral partnership instead of points.
