1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Retales India("retales.in"), creating an account, or engaging our production teams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Services & Retainer Agreements
Retales operates creator growth infrastructure, video editing suites, thumbnail design, and creator marketing campaign operations. Engagements and retainers are billed monthly unless agreed upon in a custom enterprise statement of work.
3. User Accounts & Access Codes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and activation codes. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Intellectual Property
All video deliverables, thumbnail designs, and marketing assets created specifically for a paid client retainer belong to the client upon full payment. Retales retains ownership of its platform software, code, and operational workflows.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in India, Retales shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
6. Governing Law & Grievance Redressal
