Three ways to partner.

Pick the model that fits how your agency works today. You can combine them, or move between them as the partnership grows.

White-label partnership

We do the work. Your agency gets the credit.

  • Retales works behind the scenes
  • Your agency owns the client relationship
  • Work delivered under your brand

Best for: Agencies that win more work than their team can deliver, or want to offer services they don't have in-house yet.

How white-label works

Referral partnership

Refer a client. We deliver. You earn.

  • You refer clients to Retales
  • Retales handles the execution
  • You receive an agreed commission or revenue share

Best for: Agencies, consultants and freelancers whose clients ask for services outside their focus.

How referral works

Strategic partnership

Two teams. Bigger projects. Long-term growth.

  • Both agencies collaborate as partners
  • Joint proposals and projects
  • Shared capabilities and resources
  • A long-term working relationship

Best for: Established agencies that want to pitch for bigger accounts or enter new cities, industries or service areas.

How strategic works

Why partner with Retales.

A research-led team you can put in front of your clients, without the cost of building it yourself.

Grow without hiring

Take on more clients and new services without adding salaries, office space or training time.

Your clients stay yours

NDAs, non-solicitation clauses and white-label delivery protect your relationships.

Research-led work

Every project starts with business, competitor and audience research, so the work holds up in front of your clients.

Healthy margins

Partner pricing leaves room for your margin, and you set your own price to the client.

Reliable turnarounds

Agreed timelines and revision rounds, tracked in a shared project tracker.

One point of contact

A named partner manager who learns your clients, your style and your standards.

More about white-label

What a partnership can look like.

Example scenarios for each model. We'll publish partner case studies here as partners agree to be named.

White-label

A branding studio adds monthly content

A studio's clients keep asking for social media after a rebrand. Retales produces the monthly content under the studio's name, and the studio keeps the client on a retainer instead of losing them.

Referral

A web agency refers its clients for marketing

A web development agency launches sites but doesn't run ads. It refers clients to Retales for SEO and performance marketing and earns a commission, while still owning the website work.

Strategic

Two agencies pitch for a bigger account

A PR firm and Retales put together a joint proposal combining media relations with content and creator campaigns, which neither could have offered alone.

These are illustrative examples, not results from named clients.

Partnership requirements.

We keep the bar simple. We want partners we can trust in front of clients, and who can trust us in return.

  • A registered business, or an established freelance practice with a track record
  • A portfolio, website or past client work we can look at
  • At least one active client or project where a partnership would help
  • Agreement to sign an NDA and a written partnership agreement
  • Honest marketing: no fake reviews, misleading claims or undisclosed ads
  • GST registration, if your turnover requires it

Partnership questions

Everything agencies usually ask before applying.

Still unsure? Ask us directly

Is there a fee to become a partner?

No. There's no joining fee for any partnership model. You pay partner rates for white-label work, and you earn commission on referrals.

Which partnership model is right for us?

If you want to keep the client and deliver under your name, choose white-label. If you'd rather hand the work over and earn a commission, choose referral. If you want to pitch and deliver bigger projects together, choose strategic. You can also combine them.

Do you work with agencies outside India?

Yes. We work with agencies in India and abroad. Invoices for partners outside India are raised in line with GST rules for export of services.

Will you contact our clients directly?

Not in white-label partnerships. Our agreement includes non-solicitation, and we only speak to your clients if you ask us to, as part of your team.

How do we brief work and track progress?

You brief us by email or a shared project tracker, review and approve work in one place, and see every timeline. Your partner manager is also available on email and WhatsApp.

How quickly can we start?

Usually within a week or two of the intro call, once the agreement is signed. Urgent pilot projects can sometimes start sooner.

One partnership. Many more clients served.

Apply in about five minutes, or email partnership@retales.in and we'll set up an intro call.
